Billing records exist locally, but the platform does not initiate payment or refund transactions.

What you should know

1. Credits, subscriptions, invoices, GST, confirmations, and refund records exist.
2. Trusted identity/session integration is required.
3. Never enter card, UPI, or banking credentials into support forms.
