There is no general SaaS customer account; ticket and application flows use separate verification.
What you should know
- Keep references and private links confidential.
- Use the verified email required by the workflow.
- Never share passwords, tokens, API keys, or payment credentials.
- Knowing an admin URL does not grant access.
